It is very important that you work with good people. Just because you get the production done is not extraordinary. That's basic. You want to work with people who are good at their job and are good people. I've learned this the hard way. I worked on a production with an individual who was competent enough,but wasn't a good human being at all. It is sad, I had a lot of respect for him. I use to respect him more than I respected myself and my own opinions. It was a very stressful and unhappy time for me once I got to know him deeply. It was so bad. It was so bad. He was such a scum bag. Probably still is. I learned a great lesson. Never honor anyone more than you honor yourself, your thoughts and your feelings. Do not do it. You come first!! Also Work with people who have a good heart and respect the production team. Just getting it complete isn't good enough. That is basic. You're supposed to get it done.
